1. About these terms

By using puttziputsc.top you agree to these terms. Design services are governed by a separate written quote and acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Website use

Content is for general information. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee completeness. Unauthorised scraping or automated access is not permitted.

3. Commissions

Fees, deliverables and timelines are fixed in your quote. Payment terms are stated on invoices. Intellectual property in paid deliverables transfers to you upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client responsibilities

You confirm you have authority to commission work for the property, that survey access will be arranged, and that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant commission except where Dutch law prohibits such limitation. We are not liable for construction work carried out by third parties from our plans.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Netherlands. Courts in Amsterdam have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
