How long does a typical project take?
Quick packages such as Desk zoning plans usually deliver within 5–10 working days after we receive measurements. Full concepts take three to six weeks depending on survey access and revision rounds.
Do you handle construction or installation?
We are a planning studio only. We produce layouts and specifications for contractors you appoint. We can suggest local trades in Amsterdam but do not manage builds.
Can you work from photos and rough dimensions?
Yes for early packages. For full concepts we normally require a site visit to verify services, levels and access constraints.
What files do I receive?
PDF plans are standard. CAD or layered files can be included on full packages by agreement. All deliverables are listed in your quote.
Do prices include VAT?
Fees shown on this site are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices follow Dutch tax rules with VAT added where applicable.
What is your revision policy?
Each package includes one consolidated revision round on the agreed scope. Additional changes are quoted before work proceeds.
