We confirm scope, fee and timeline. Site visits are scheduled if needed.

Survey
On-site or remote verification of measurements, services and constraints.

Design
Layout and specification work with a mid-point check-in where appropriate.

Delivery
PDF pack with annotated plans. One revision round included per package.
